SALAD AND GO PRIVACY POLICY
PRIVACY POLICY
Last revised: June 23, 2019
This Privacy Policy describes the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information (as defined below) by And Go Concepts, LLC, doing business as Salad and Go, and its affiliates (“Salad and Go,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) from users of our website located at http://saladandgo.com, mobile applications (“Mobile App”), and any other online services or programs (collectively, the “Online Services”). By using the Online Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through the Online Services.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also update the “last revised” date above. Your continued use of the Online Services will be subject to the then-current Privacy Policy. You should consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any material changes.
Personal Information
“Personal Information,” as used in this Privacy Policy, is information that specifically identifies an individual, such as an individual’s name, email address, phone number, billing address, or credit card information. Personal Information also includes information about an individual’s activities, such as information about his or her activity on the Online Services, and demographic information, such as date of birth, gender, geographic area, and preferences, when any of this information is linked to Personal Information that identifies that individual.
Personal Information does not include “aggregate” or other non-identifying information. Aggregate information is information that we collect about a group or category of products, services, or users that is not personally identifiable or from which individual identities are removed. We may use and disclose aggregate information and other non-identifying information for various purposes.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to any third-party websites, services and applications such as social networking services (“Third-Party Services”) that you elect to access through the Services, or to the practices of individuals that we do not manage or employ. While we attempt to facilitate access only to those Third-Party Services that share our respect for your privacy, we cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those Third-Party Services. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of any Third-Party Services you access.
Collection of Information
Voluntarily Provided
We collect Personal Information that our users voluntarily provide to us in the following ways:
Passively Collected
When you access the Online Services, some information is collected automatically. We automatically collect your browser’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, your browser type, the nature of the device from which you are visiting the Online Services (e.g., a personal computer or a mobile device), the identifier for any handheld or mobile device that you may be using, the website that you visited immediately prior to accessing any web-based services, the actions you take on the Online Services, and the content, features, and activities that you access and participate in on the Online Services. We also may collect information regarding your interaction with email messages, such as whether you opened, clicked on, or forwarded a message. We may collect this information passively using technologies such as standard server logs, cookies, and clear GIFs (also known as “web beacons”). This information is generally collected in aggregate form or otherwise in a non-identifying form. If we link or associate any passively collected information with Personal Information, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy. Please be aware that Third-Party Services may set cookies on your hard drive or use other means of passively collecting information about your use of their services or content. We do not have access to, or control over, these third-party means of passive data collection.
Information from Other Sources
We may receive information about you, including Personal Information, from third parties, and may combine this information with other Personal Information we maintain about you. If we do so, we will treat any combined information that we maintain as Personal Information under this Policy.
Use of Personal Information
We use Personal Information to provide services and information that you request; to enhance, improve, operate, and maintain the Online Services; to prevent fraudulent use of the Online Services and other systems; to prevent or take action against activities that are, or may be, in violation of our Privacy Policy or applicable law; to tailor advertisements, content, and other aspects of your experience on and in connection with the Online Services; to provide you with information we believe you may find of interest relative to our or third-party promotional partners’ products, services, or offers; to maintain a record of our dealings with you; for other administrative purposes; and for any other purposes that we may disclose to you at the point at which we request your Personal Information, and pursuant to your consent.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose your Personal Information that we collect on the Online Services to third parties without your consent. We may disclose information to third parties if you consent to us doing so, as well as in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We may disclose Personal Information to Third-Party Services that assist us in our work (e.g., data storage and processing facilities). We limit the Personal Information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions, and they are expressly obligated to maintain the confidentiality of such Personal Information.
Third Parties
We may share aggregated information and non-identifying information with third parties for industry research and analysis, demographic profiling, and other similar purposes.
Public Areas and Syndicated Services
Some features on the Online Services may allow you to upload, post, or otherwise transmit content to public areas of the Online Services, such as content that you post in a public profile on the Online Services (“Submitted Content”, also as defined in the Terms of Use). We may make Submitted Content available for display upon our properties that are not governed by this Privacy Policy, as well as to services operated by third parties that display content from the website (collectively, “Syndicated Services”). Please be aware that any Personal Information that you include within any Submitted Content will be made available to other users of the Online Services, and to users of Syndicated Services, who view it. You include Personal Information in Submitted Content at your sole risk. Also be aware that even after information posted on the Online Services is removed, caching and archiving services may have saved that information, and other users or third parties may have copied or stored the information available on the Online Services. We cannot warrant or guarantee that any Personal Information that you provide on and in connection with the Online Services will not be accessed, viewed, or used by unauthorized persons.
Social Media Pages and Other Voluntary Disclosure
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose Personal Information online, whether it is on social media pages, message boards, through email, in meeting rooms, or in blogs, your information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post Personal Information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. We cannot control the actions of any third parties.
Further, we reserve the irrevocable, perpetual and worldwide right to copy and post on the Online Services and those of any parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, agents and licensees, and on any Third-Party Services and advertising media through which we are engaged, any comments, pictures or other information related to us that you post on social media pages, bulletin boards, chat rooms, blogs, or elsewhere, without any further notice to you or any remuneration. We also reserve the right to moderate any comments, pictures, or other information you post through or on such forums and media to help keep inappropriate messages from being posted.
Business Transfers
Information about our users, including Personal Information, may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, or successor or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which Personal Information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.
To Protect our Interests
We may disclose Personal Information if we believe that doing so is legally required, or is in our interest to protect our property or other legal rights (including, but not limited to, enforcement of our agreements), or the rights or property of others, or otherwise to help protect the safety or security of the Online Services and other users of the Online Services.

You may opt-out from receiving commercial email from us, and any other promotional communications that we may send to you from time to time by sending your request to us by email at info@saladandgo.com or by unsubscribing to the communication if that option is provided. Please be aware that if you opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us, it may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process your opt-out request, and you may receive promotional communications from us during that period.
Children
Children’s safety is important to us, and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active interest in the online activities of their children. The Online Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 on the Online Services, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. By providing your Personal Information to us through your use of the Online Services, you agree to that transfer, storage, and processing in the U.S. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Online Services.
Security
We use reasonable security measures that are designed to protect Personal Information from accidental loss, disclosure, misuse, and destruction. Please be aware, however, that no data security measures can be guaranteed to be completely effective. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you provide to us. You transmit information to us at your own risk.
